Description
Mission / Purpose of the jobAs BSPM - UDT JSTSP including VTSJ, JS P&I, your mission is to develop, manage and support the process & solution used by Regions / Sales / Ageo Central / PD's. You need to collaborate with Solution Delivery team including unique solutions in Japan to ensure that the process and solutions support the business needs. You also need to collaborate with the business stakeholders in Japan Sales, other business functions and the externals to ensure that process and solutions support the long term direction of the business.
Scope and influenceAll related activities in UD Trucks and businesses in Vehicle Sales in Japan should be in-scope
Key responsibilites
- Ensure successful deployment of process and solutions Regions / Sales / Ageo Central / PD's
- Monitor the usage of solutions and provide necessary support for effective utilization of solutions
- Support the business line organization to implement processes at Regions / Sales / Ageo Central / PD's
- Work with the delivery organizations to ensure smooth running of the solutions, manage resolution of incidents and improvements needed to prevent incidents
- Monitor the service levels and ensure uptime of solutions at Regions / Sales / Ageo Central / PD's
- Collaborate with the stakeholders in Retail organization including ROEs and identify improvement areas to increase efficiency at Regions / Sales / Ageo Central / PD's
- Collaborate with Isuzu and bring in best practice process and solutions to UD
- Evaluate and define change requests in Solutions based on the business needs and work with the relevant organization to get these changes implemented
- Drive and collaborate on new development projects in vehicle sales area and ensure business readiness for implementation
- Establish effective communication with the stakeholders in the vehicle sales organization
- Define clear roles and responsibilities of team members, set objectives and evaluate performance
- Motivate and develop team members
- Develop training material for process and solution in the defined area
- Manage Information flow and through Vehicle Sales process
- Support process compliance evaluation and manage closure of identified non-conformities
- Effective usage of solutions at Regions / Sales / Ageo Central / PD's
- Establishing a strong and competent DSIT team
- Provide direction and guidance as needed
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
- Cooperate with Manger such as TSP, extra maintenance & CR, month end issue handling

Education and/or training qualifications and certificates
- Relevant university degree
Experience and knowledge
- A good understanding of the UD Vehicle Sales Businesses, Process and Solutions
- Innovative mind-set and strong focus on creating business value
- Formal training in leadership, communication and people skills
- Excellent communicator with real talent for cultural integration
- Able to demonstrate Value mind-set and successful people & culture leadership
- Several years' experience as business analyst/process developer/process manager in TSP / DCL / PRD is preferable
Technical/functuonal/language skills
- Fluent in English and Japanese
