Company Overview
My recruitment business model is different than most. I work with one company at a time and partner with them to identify and recruit Impact Performers for a flat monthly fee. I have used this business model since 1992.
My clients have included large multinational life insurance companies and telecommunications companies. They have also included start up companies with as few as 10 employees (when I started).

Company History
The Humbert Group was founded in 1990 as a recruitment firm. In 2004, I formed an LLC so the current company is The Humbert Group LLC. I have worked with a number of companies, many several times.
I was a contingent recruiter in the Washington, DC and Baltimore area from 1981 to 1990.
