Company History

VMG Studios was founded in 2004 by CEO Kelly Sparks as a scrappy, garage-based video production shop and has grown into an award-winning, woman-owned creative agency serving enterprise brands. Over the last two decades, we’ve expanded from our roots in video into animation, design, e-learning, and virtual production, helping clients turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories. Our team has partnered with Fortune 500 organizations and global brands on everything from large-scale training initiatives to high-impact campaigns, while keeping the same relationship-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves culture we started with. Today we use our Narrative Intelligence™ process to connect story, strategy, and execution across teams so the work we deliver is clear, consistent, and tied to real results for our clients.
